IKM Building Solutions is hiring a Project Manager for HVAC Controls based in either West Allis or Madison, Wisconsin. This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing construction and maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, preferably a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, and a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects. Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing construction projects successfully.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, P&IDs, codes, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project activities with Superintendents, Foremen, and Journeymen.
• Establish project objectives, policies, and performance standards.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and financial reporting.
• Interpret construction drawings and contract terms for all stakeholders.
