IKM Building Solutions is hiring a Project Manager for HVAC Controls based in either West Allis or Madison, Wisconsin. This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing construction and maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, preferably a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, and a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects. Skills in Microsoft Office and project accounting tools are essential. Join a team that values safety and integrity and work on impactful projects.
Qualifications
Proven track record of managing construction projects successfully.
Strong understanding of construction drawings, P&IDs, codes, and standards.
Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate project activities with Superintendents, Foremen, and Journeymen.
Establish project objectives, policies, and performance standards.
Maintain strong communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and financial reporting.
Interpret construction drawings and contract terms for all stakeholders.
