Job summary

Brady Services seeks an experienced project manager to oversee HVAC/Controls projects from initiation to closeout. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with customers, and ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality standards.

You will manage estimates, resources, and subcontractors, monitor risks, and communicate progress with stakeholders while maintaining safety and compliance on job sites. Travel to local sites will be required.

Qualifications

• Three+ years HVAC/Controls project management experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Manage timely completion of projects and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Plan and analyze projects, set schedules and procedures to meet objectives.
• Coordinate with customers, owners, contractors, and field staff to align scope and updates.
• Review contracts and estimates, perform risk analysis, and develop risk plans.
• Maintain approved budgets and forecast cost to completion.
• Create and adjust schedules with tasks, milestones, and dependencies.
