Job summary

Brady Services is seeking a Bid Coordinator to manage HVAC bid opportunities from intake through tracking and follow up. You will serve as the central communication point between Sales Engineers, contractors, and territory offices, ensuring timely processing of milestones and documentation.

The role requires reviewing mechanical plans and specs, creating Salesforce opportunities, and maintaining project records across the network.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience in related field preferred.
• 2+ years of administrative, project coordination, construction, HVAC or related industry experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar CRM software.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents, mechanical plans, and specs.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume Outlook inbox to support bid activities and inside sales for proposals.
• Coordinate communication between sales engineers, takeoff specialists, inside sales, contractors, and offices.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and ensure bid information is distributed to stakeholders.
• Track bid deadlines and ensure opportunities are addressed within timeframes.
• Support sales teams by providing project information, updates, and documentation.
