Job summary

Brady Services in Fayetteville, NC seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead HVAC/controls projects from initiation to closeout. You will manage scope, budgets, schedules and teams, ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction across multiple sites.

The role requires 3+ years in HVAC/controls project management, strong contractual and risk analysis skills, and proficient use of MS Office. Travel locally is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma; college degree a plus.
• Three+ years HVAC/Controls project management experience and/or training.
• Billing/accounting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage timely completion of assigned projects and customer satisfaction.
• Plans and analyzes assigned projects, establishes schedules and parameters and sets procedures to accomplish objectives.
• Communicates with customers and their representatives, including owners, contractors and staff.
• Reviews contracts and estimates by performing risk analysis and developing risk plans.
• Maintains forecasted cost at completion and manages project cash flow.
• Oversees subcontractor RFQ processes, progress billing, and payments.
