Job summary

Brady Services is seeking a Controls Field Engineer Specialist or Senior Level Controls Installation Technician in North Carolina. The role involves providing technical leadership on HVAC controls projects, overseeing programming and commissioning, and mentoring field personnel.

Travel up to 10% and occasional overtime are required. You will collaborate with project management and engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery, with focus on reliability, safety, and customer

Qualifications

Associate's degree in HVAC (or equivalent) from two-year college or technical school.
5+ years of installation, programming and commissioning HVAC controls systems.
Working knowledge of HVAC products, systems, electronics and pneumatic controls.
Ability to pass drug screening.
US employment eligibility confirmed.
Must possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership for assigned projects from development to closeout.
Oversee programming, checkout and commissioning tasks for controls systems.
Mentor field personnel and assist installation teams as needed.
Schedule, organize and dispatch Controls Technicians on projects.
Ensure safety guidelines and project documentation are maintained.
