Job summary

CIS Industries in Harahan, LA is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee HVAC project planning, scheduling, and field coordination. You will manage submittals, budgets, and contracts, working with engineering to develop submittals and graphics, and ensure projects meet deadlines and client expectations.

The role requires a 4-year degree in construction, engineering or related field (or equivalent), PM experience on HVAC projects, and strong MS Office proficiency.

• Requires 4-year degree in construction management, engineering or mechanical field or equivalent experience.
• PM experience with construction projects or HVAC projects is required.
• Proficient in MS Office and project management software.
• Strong ability to manage schedules, costs, and client communications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, design, and scheduling of equipment and workforce for projects.
• Manage project documentation, contracts, and invoicing with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate field activities including installation, startup and commissioning.
• Monitor costs against estimates and report variances to management.
• Develop submittals, programs, and graphics with in-house engineering staff.
• Ensure HVAC equipment complies with industry codes and regulations.
• Schedule personnel, equipment, subcontractors, and materials to meet project needs.
