Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• 0–2 years of HVAC experience; technical school preferred.
• Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with team leader and customer to understand on-site installation and repairs by forecasting issues and gathering materials.
• Represents the company as the direct customer contact and diagnoses/repairs equipment at the customer site.
• Uses software and hand-tools, following blueprints or engineering specs to diagnose and repair units.
• Keeps flexibility to work overtime and weekends; occasional overnight stays.
• Enforces safety standards and tracks company assets.
