GUNTHERS Heating|Cooling|Plumbing seeks an experienced HVAC Controls Foreman to lead controls and refrigeration projects. You will oversee installations, wiring, programming, start-ups, and commissioning while guiding a technical team across multiple job sites.

Qualifications

Leadership and project oversight experience in HVAC controls.
Strong troubleshooting skills for control systems and refrigeration.
Excellent communication and training abilities.

Responsibilities

Oversee controls and refrigeration systems across multiple projects.
Manage refrigeration and controls scope from installation through startup and commissioning.
Troubleshoot control system issues including sensors, actuators, and thermostats.
Design control systems and startups on VRF, RTUs, split, and MUA systems.
Visit active job sites and provide hands-on support.
Coordinate manpower and assign technicians to sites.
Plan, organize, and ensure timely material delivery and site readiness.
