Job summary

S&S Mechanical is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Foreman to lead installation crews on commercial projects in St. George, UT.

You’ll supervise field crews, read blueprints, coordinate ductwork, RTUs, boilers, and controls, and ensure safety and codes compliance on busy job sites. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of commercial HVAC experience, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC installation experience required.
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and ductwork installation.
• Ability to read blueprints, mechanical drawings and specs.
• Demonstrated leadership and crew supervision abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise commercial HVAC installation crews on active sites.
• Plan daily activities and delegate tasks to team members.
• Coordinate installations per blueprints and specs; oversee ductwork, RTUs and controls.
• Ensure compliance with codes and safety standards; manage materials and tools.
