Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation's Automated Logic division seeks a Building Automation Field Supervisor to lead Field Engineers, mentor new hires, and coordinate resources for new construction projects in Cora PPM.

The role requires 3+ years in HVAC controls, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel up to 25%+. Proficiency with WebCtrl, SiteBuilder, and related Automated Logic tools is expected. Salary ranges from $64,500 to $129,500 with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of experience in the HVAC controls industry.
• Valid and current Driver’s License; insurable by company.
• Ability to travel >25% of workweek, including air travel and overnight stays.
• Capable of climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide necessary documentation and communication to customers, subcontractors, and management.
• Manage timesheets, site visits, and daily logs in Cora PPM.
• Coordinate resources and mentor Field Engineers.
• Lead performance reviews and coordinate with engineering and programming teams.
