Qualifications

• Experience in programming and troubleshooting BMS/BAS systems.
• Ability to read mechanical plans and wiring diagrams.
• Coordinate with electricians, HVAC technicians and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of multi-platform controls systems and programming.
• Write sequences of operation to improve HVAC efficiency.
• Troubleshoot, test and commission BAS & HVAC systems and electronics.
• Read and understand mechanical plans and wiring diagrams.
• Document work and procedures including point-to-point checkout and commissioning.
