The role emphasizes learning through hands-on experience, frequent collaboration with mentors and journeymen, and the flexibility to meet customer needs, including potential overtime and overnight stays as required.

Qualifications

• Basic electrical theory and field diagnostic training.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and mechanical drawings.
• Willingness to work overtime and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist ControlsTechnicians in commissioning, troubleshooting, repairing and starting up HVAC systems.
• Use blueprints or engineering specifications to diagnose and repair units.
• Enforce safety standards and manage assets and documentation.
