Job summary

The Application Engineer II will coordinate planning and design of control systems, including programming, configuration, and submittals, working with field electricians to ensure proper installation and commissioning. This role requires strong knowledge of HVAC controls and electrical systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent field experience.
• 4+ years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in applications engineering.
• EIT or PE license desired.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and design of control systems, including programming.
• Identify MEP systems on drawings and design complex electrical circuits.
• Interact with field electricians and specify methods of installation.
• Develop controls submittals with minimal guidance from senior engineers.
• Identify potential scopes of work for controls implementation.
