• Experience as a construction superintendent in a Mullins self-performs or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site construction and manage day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate project schedules with PM and subcontractors.
• Conduct weekly safety toolbox talks and enforce safety plans.
• Oversee material management and procurement aligned with project needs.
• Prepare two-week look-ahead schedules and issue reports.
• Lead weekly project meetings with foremen and subcontractors.
