Job summary

This role monitors progress, keeps projects on schedule, identifies problems early, and ensures crews have the information, materials, equipment, and support needed to complete work safely and successfully.

Qualifications

• HVAC installation knowledge and construction experience.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical plans and specifications.
• NATE and EPA certifications, valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Regularly visit active new construction projects to monitor progress and jobsite conditions.
• Compare actual project progress to the planned schedule and identify delays early.
• Coordinate resources and communicate with Lead Installers and crews to keep work productive.
• Provide regular field updates to the Director of Installation and other project contacts.
• Identify conflicts and escalate to resolve issues to keep projects on track.
