Job summary

Team Bob's is seeking a Project Coordinator to support HVAC and plumbing new construction projects. The role provides field oversight, coordinates installers, and ensures crews have the information, materials, and equipment needed to stay on schedule.

You will visit active sites, review plans, identify conflicts, communicate risks, and help resolve issues with the Director of Installation. Strong problem-solving, clear communication, and organizational skills are essential in this active

Qualifications

• HVAC installation or construction experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical plans and specifications.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Regularly visit active new construction projects to monitor progress and jobsite conditions.
• Verify that work is progressing according to plans, specifications, and company expectations.
• Identify and communicate conflicts, access issues, sequencing problems, or other conditions affecting production.
• Maintain regular communication with Lead Installers and installation crews.
• Help coordinate resources needed to keep crews working and on schedule.
• Provide regular field updates to the Director of Installation with photos and notes.
• Assist with change orders and identifying potential additional work.
