Responsibilities

• Run and supervise compressor calorimeter and psychrometric testing.
• Conduct on-site customer visits for troubleshooting, installation, and repairs.
• Collaborate with sales to provide accurate product information and specs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and provide ongoing support.
• Operate with technicians to execute lab tests and experiments.
• Set up and maintain test equipment, calibrations, and maintenance.
