Job summary

Engineering Excellence National Account is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to diagnose and repair commercial HVAC equipment, deliver quality workmanship, and provide exceptional customer service. You will perform service and start-ups, interpret drawings, and ensure safe, high-standard installations in commercial environments.

The role requires strong troubleshooting abilities, clear communication, and a commitment to safety and integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in commercial HVAC service or related field.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer concerns in commercial environments.
• Service commercial heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment and accessories.
• Perform start-ups on equipment as required.
• Navigate and use smartphone to support business systems.
• Use IVR systems and check in with dispatchers.
• Deliver and remove equipment needed to complete service work.
• Provide excellent service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer concerns, questions, or problems effectively.
• Prepare material requisition forms to ensure proper truck stock levels.
• Maintenance on equipment, servicing/cleaning IAQ products, soldering, welding, brazing, and minor field fabrication.

Prepare material requisition forms to ensure proper truck stock levels.Other duties include performing maintenance on equipment, servicing and/or cleaningIAQ products, soldering, welding, brazing, and performing minor field fabrication.Requirements:Experience in the commercial HVAC industryEPA 608 Refrigeration license, Universal preferred.Proven mechanical aptitude and experience in the commercial HVAC field.Able to operate all necessary tools and equipment to perform various projects.Adept at servicing commercial heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment, as well as related accessories.Demonstrated commitment to the delivery of customer-focused service.Must be able to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and production diagrams.The ability to work overtime and weekend hours as required.The successful incumbent must be able to meet the minimum requirements for our background check criteria.• Minimum Experience: 2+ years • Minimum Education: High School Diploma/GED Equal Opportunity Employer.
