Job summary

Service Experts Heating & AC LLC is seeking an experienced commercial HVAC technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain large-scale systems. You will work independently on-site, troubleshoot issues, and communicate solutions clearly to clients while promoting high service standards.

You should have 4+ years of experience, EPA 608 Universal certification, and a strong ability to read wiring diagrams and interpret electrical and refrigeration systems.

Qualifications

• EPA 608 Universal certification is required.
• OSHA safety certifications are preferred.
• Minimum 4+ years of HVAC experience on commercial systems.
• Strong diagnostic and repair capabilities with automotive-style service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems on-site.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and communicate solutions clearly to customers.
• Perform preventive maintenance and cleaning of HVAC equipment as needed.
• Inspect systems to prevent premature breakdowns and callbacks.
• Accurately document service actions and parts usage in the system.
