Job summary

Engineering Excellence National Account is seeking a HVAC technician to diagnose and repair commercial equipment, perform field service, and assist customers with high-quality service. The role emphasizes safety, clear communication, and reliable problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in commercial HVAC, EPA 608 license (Universal preferred), and the ability to read drawings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in the commercial HVAC field.
• EPA 608 Refrigerant license, Universal preferred.
• Ability to read drawings, blueprints, and production diagrams.
• Willingness to overtime and weekend hours as required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair issues in commercial HVAC equipment.
• Perform service and startup work on heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration systems.
• Use mobile devices to support dispatch and service systems.
• Prepare material requisitions to maintain truck stock; provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with cleaning, soldering, welding, brazing, and basic fabrication as needed.

Prepare material requisition forms to ensure proper truck stock levels.Other duties include performing maintenance on equipment, servicing and/or cleaningIAQ products, soldering, welding, brazing, and performing minor field fabrication.Requirements:Experience in the commercial HVAC industryEPA 608 Refrigeration license, Universal preferred.Proven mechanical aptitude and experience in the commercial HVAC field.Able to operate all necessary tools and equipment to perform various projects.Adept at servicing commercial heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment, as well as related accessories.Demonstrated commitment to the delivery of customer-focused service.Must be able to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and production diagrams.The ability to work overtime and weekend hours as required.The successful incumbent must be able to meet the minimum requirements for our background check criteria.Qualifications:• Minimum Experience: 2+ years • Minimum Education: High School Diploma/GED Equal Opportunity Employer.
