Job Description: Unitary Service Technician – SkillForce - Austin

Position: SkillForce is currently seeking Unitary Service Technicians of all experience levels to join our growing division in Central Texas (Austin) and surrounding areas.

Compensation:

• Competitive pay ranging from $30 to $47 per hour, based on experience.
• Quarterly incentives, referral bonuses, and overtime pay for rotating "On-Call" duty (even if no call comes in).
• Full schedules.

• Attend training sessions, support team members, and mentor or supervise junior technicians based on experience.
• Record progress using digital tools and software.
• Fulfill customer commitments professionally and promptly.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC or construction, or graduation from an HVAC Trade School Program.
• Required TDLR technician registration.
• Safety-oriented with a good attitude, strong work ethic, and team player mentality.
• Willingness to communicate effectively (written and verbal).
• Eager to learn, competitive spirit, and willingness to help both team members and customers.
