Pay Range: starting $24 - $34 depending on experience

Position Summary:

The HVAC Service Technician is responsible for servicing and maintaining a broad range of residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems, in accordance with company standards. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service to ensure a high-quality experience. Additionally, the technician will assist in the training and development of other service technicians.

Work Hours:

5-day 8-hour shift or 4-day 10-hour shift schedules are available; overtime as required.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License
• NATE certification is highly preferred
• Great customer service skills
• Prior supervisory experience is a plus
