We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will focus on both residential & commercial HVAC systems and will be beginning to develop skills in refrigeration. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, as well as the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain both residential and commercial units. You will be expected to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Work Hours:

7:30 am to 4 pm with a 30-minute lunch break Monday through Friday, overtime as needed, on-call every 5th week

Pay Scale:

$25 - $28 per hour depending on experience plus Benefits + Spiffs!

Required Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Minimum of one year of HVAC service experience
• Valid KY HVAC Journeyman license is a must
• Ability to troubleshoot HVAC system issues independently
• Refrigeration experience is a plus
• Strong customer service skills
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and digital tools for service management and reporting
• EPA certification
• Completion of HVAC school is a plus
