What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and manage annual sales growth plan and forecast sales utilizing opportunity pipeline management
- Coordinate account management to support growth in the BSNA and Agent-Sell channels
- Implement pricing strategies in partnership with channel partners
- Drive product launches to the BSNA and Agent Buy-Resell channels
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert on Ducted Systems equipment and conduct customer training sessions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience within the HVAC industry
- Proven consultative selling process
- Ability to communicate effectively with a technical audience
- Experience with pipeline management within a CRM system (preferably Salesforce)
