Job summary

Element Heating & Cooling in Twin Falls, ID is seeking an HVAC Commercial Installer to install and service commercial heating and cooling systems. You will handle rooftop units, split systems, ductwork, wiring, and controls, while ensuring safety and quality standards.

The role emphasizes customer service, precise installation, and teamwork in a dynamic shop environment. The position requires >=2 years HVAC experience, EPA certification, a valid driver's license, and physical capability to lift

Qualifications

At least two years HVAC experience.
EPA certification required.
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
Ability to lift 100 lbs and operate hand and power tools.
Ability to read blueprints and install ductwork.
Knowledge of refrigerants, gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps.
Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Install commercial HVAC systems including rooftop units, split systems and evaporative coolers.
Install all ducting and sheet metal, curb adaptors, plenums and registers.
Verify electrical components sizing and run thermostat wiring.
Read blueprints and install equipment accessories; perform low/high voltage work.
Provide excellent customer service and support project needs.
Perform other duties as assigned.
