Element Heating & Cooling in Twin Falls, ID is seeking a General HVAC Installer to join the team. You will assist in installing furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, ductwork, and related systems, working Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of HVAC installation experience.
• Mechanically inclined.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Able to operate hand and power tools.
• Self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Install furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, ductwork, mini splits, and gas lines.
• Install HVAC systems including ductwork, piping, and wiring.
• Identify maintenance risks on equipment.
• Collaborate with team to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
