Responsibilities

• Design a comfort system for customers.
• Perform a complete comfort survey and home analysis.
• Complete load calculation on every call.
• Inspect all duct work.
• Conduct comfort and air quality surveys.
• Handle paperwork related to payment and financing.
• Perform calculations necessary for HVAC work.
• List all equipment and materials needed for installations.
• Deliver and pick up temporary equipment if required.
• Explain guarantees and warranties to customers.
