Candidates should have at least 2 years of sales experience and are required to undergo a background check. Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, with flexible scheduling and a robust benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Clean, adjust, and repair HVAC systems, including air handling units, ductwork, vents, and condensation drainage
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment to diagnose issues
• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and Occupational Health and Safety regulations
• Track HVAC repairs and work completed in trade software (ServiceTitan)
• Engage with customers to inform them of issues, solutions, and outcomes, and recommend products/services for optimal system performance
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Service/Selling Technician
• EPA 608 Universal Certification required
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a clean record
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening (subject to applicable law)
• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn
