Job summary

Happy Home Services in the Raleigh–Durham area is seeking a high-energy Comfort Consultant to help homeowners and light commercial customers upgrade comfort, efficiency, and indoor air quality through consultative sales.

You’ll educate customers, build detailed proposals, and close sales with uncapped commissions while collaborating with installation and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years HVAC or transferable sales experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent time management and organization; ability to manage a full schedule.

Responsibilities

• Meet with residential and light commercial customers to assess comfort, efficiency, and system needs.
• Conduct in-home and on-site evaluations of existing HVAC systems.
• Present customized system replacement, upgrade, and comfort improvement solutions.
• Educate customers on energy efficiency, financing options, and long‑term value.
• Build detailed proposals and confidently close sales with integrity and professionalism.
• Manage your schedule effectively to maximize appointments, follow‑ups, and close rates.
• Partner closely with installation and service teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
• Accurately document customer interactions, sales activity, and project details.
• Represent Happy Home Services with enthusiasm, professionalism, and integrity every day.
