Anytime Heating, Cooling and Plumbing is seeking an HVAC Comfort Advisor to grow our client base and deliver exceptional service. This role offers uncapped commissions with a proven $200K–$300K earning potential in the first year, plus a company vehicle, gas card, and comprehensive benefits.

You can work from home, with no mandatory office reporting, while maintaining strong client relationships and detailed estimates.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
• Prefer experience in estimating mechanical labor and material costs.
• Strong relationship-building and revenue-generating skills.
• Driver's License (required).

Join Our Team as a HVAC Comfort Advisor – Uncapped Commissions!

At Anytime Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing, we're proud of our strong preventive maintenance (PM) client base and our proactive marketing efforts that ensure a consistent workflow throughout the year. We're expanding and seeking a motivated HVAC Comfort Advisor to help grow our client base and provide exceptional service.

• Identify and implement the best solutions for our clients' HVAC needs
• Conduct building load calculations
• Prepare detailed scopes of work and accurate project estimates
• Stay informed about manufacturer incentives, tax credits, and available rebates
• Follow up with clients to ensure complete satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience
• Prefer experience in estimating mechanical labor and material costs
• Strong relationship-building and revenue-generating skills
• Proficiency in estimating software, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
• Driver's License (required)
