Job summary

Airco is seeking a driven HVAC Comfort Advisor to join our team. This is a 100% commission sales role where you meet with homeowners to assess needs, present replacement options, and close HVAC system sales. Uncapped earning potential and high income opportunities are core to this position.

Ideal candidates bring HVAC sales experience, strong communication, and a proven ability to close, with a professional appearance and reliable transportation. Evening and weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• HVAC sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments.
• Perform a thorough assessment of the customer’s comfort needs.
• Inspect existing HVAC systems and identify replacement opportunities.
• Explain HVAC system options in simple terms.
• Present good/better/best solutions when appropriate.
• Prepare and present accurate estimates and proposals.
• Educate customers on energy efficiency, comfort, reliability, and options.
• Sell complete HVAC replacement systems.
• Hand off to installation team with proper documentation.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
