The position demands excellent communication skills, a flexible schedule, and a valid driver’s license. Candidates with prior HVAC sales experience are preferred. Responsibilities

• Establish strong customer rapport and recommend HVAC systems.
• Develop client relationships, negotiate, and close sales deals.
• Prepare accurate sales proposals for installation team.
• Take measurements, document spaces, and create material lists to support efficient installations.
• Maintain communication with the installation coordinator, parts team, and crews.
• Provide customers with accurate product and pricing details to build trust and confidence.
• Stay informed about your market area and customer needs.
• Support departmental sales plans and contribute to growth initiatives.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in sales (HVAC or residential home services strongly preferred)
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Goal-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening

Preferred

• Direct experience with residential HVAC customers
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar CRM platforms
• Working Conditions & Physical Demands
• Ability to climb ladders and work in elevated spaces, attics, and tight areas
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
