Service Professor is seeking a Comfort Consultant in Michigan to convert leads for HVAC install projects and educate customers on service options and financing. You will collaborate with HVAC and Sales Managers to meet KPIs and budgets, engage customers, and support field technicians.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, active learning, and travel to customer homes, with a commission-based earning potential that can exceed $100,000 for top performers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of previous sales experience.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Convert sales leads into sold work for the HVAC install department.
• Interpret the service technician recommendations and perform additional inspections to understand the issue and educate the customer on repairs.
• Develop multiple service options to meet long-term homeowner needs.
• Establish customer rapport to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Educate the customer on financing options.
• Collect client information and maintain accurate notes.
• Participate in company trainings and meetings.
• Travel to customer homes.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
