Job summary

Snyder Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electric in Florida is looking to add Comfort Advisors to our growing team. The Comfort Advisor sells profitable installation jobs, oversees projects through scheduling, completion, collection and referrals.

You will educate customers on the benefits of new comfort systems, obtain customer authorization, complete proposals with pricing, and pursue referrals. Flexible scheduling for part-time or full-time, paid training, and a robust benefits package are

Qualifications

• 2 years of Sales experience.
• 1 year HVAC experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid US Driver’s License.
• Be willing to undergo a pre-employment drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the benefits of new comfort systems.
• Maintain a professional attitude and appearance.
• Assist customers to identify needs and obtain authorization for all jobs.
• Complete proposals and price jobs within company guidelines.
• Proactively seek referrals and follow up site visits for quality and satisfaction.
• Maximize department profitability by proposing jobs at competitive prices.
• Communicate job details with support staff and installers throughout the process.
• Prospect for new customers via outbound calls and referrals.
