You will meet customers, exceed performance targets, hand off to Install per guidelines, and provide outstanding service in a field with dynamic growth.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Background check and drug test required.
• Excellent communication skills and customer focus.
• Team player with sales-drive.

Responsibilities

• Meet with and educate the customer on products and services.
• Meet and exceed key performance requirements.
• Complete proposals, sales orders, financing and hand-off to Install according to company guidelines.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Establish customer rapport to provide the right products and services.
• Maintain a professional appearance and deliver a knowledgeable experience to win new and repeat business.
• Participate actively in all training, department, and company meetings.
• Knowledgeable about company mission, policies, and guarantees.
• Perform physical activity with no restrictions in various climate conditions.
