Base salary is $30,000 with 6–9% commissions for the first 90 days, transitioning to an uncapped earning structure with the potential to reach $150,000+ annually.

THE IMPACT OUR HVAC COMFORT ADVISOR MAKES

The typical schedule is 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work as needed.

This is a highly sales‑driven role where you'll be in charge of generating leads, pursuing new business opportunities, and securing more projects for the company. You'll familiarize yourself with our products and services before proactively seeking out and contacting potential customers. Demonstrating your expertise, you'll ask prospects about their heating and air conditioning needs, recommend the most appropriate solutions, and overcome objections to successfully close deals.

Our customers can rest assured that we'll find the problem with their unit and provide a solution. Each service technician has at least 4 years of experience, with most having 8 or more years. We only use the best products and tools to work on equipment, which means we identify issues faster and more accurately, saving our customers money. By taking pictures and going into detail on all invoices, our customers know what they are being charged and why. We pride ourselves on complete transparency in billing and pricing.
