Integrity Refrigeration and AC in Winter Haven, FL is hiring a full-time HVAC Comfort Advisor to drive sales across Polk County by generating leads and closing deals. Base salary is $30,000 with 6–9% commissions for the first 90 days, transitioning to an uncapped earning structure with the potential to reach $150,000+ annually.

The role operates 8:00 am–5:00 pm, Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends. Growth opportunities, strong training, and a focus on performance are key.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC or sales experience.
• Strong motivation to make sales, meet targets, and continuously improve.
• Ability to travel throughout the Polk County area.
• Ability to effectively work independently.
• Ability to generate leads through proactive outreach and networking.
