Beutler Air Conditioning & Plumbing in Vacaville, CA, is seeking an in-home HVAC sales professional to meet homeowners, assess comfort needs, and present tailored system solutions. You will work in a consultative sales role with strong install support, fast turnaround, and leading warranties, with company-generated leads.

This full-time role offers pay from $100k to $200k+ annually based on performance, plus training, a take-home vehicle, and strong benefits including medical, 401(k), PTO,

Qualifications

• Prior residential in-home sales experience.
• HVAC knowledge required.
• 2 years HVAC sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Qualifications:

What You Need:

• Prior residential in-home sales experience
• One-call-close experience strongly preferred
• HVAC knowledge required
• 2 years HVAC sales experience
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and work evenings/weekends as needed
• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills
