As a trusted name in residential home services, Ted’s is expanding its sales team with professionals who are passionate about helping homeowners make confident, informed decisions about their comfort systems.

Position Overview

This role is well-suited for a consultative sales professional who enjoys working directly with homeowners and guiding them through important home comfort decisions.

The Comfort Advisor serves as the primary point of contact in the home, evaluating needs, presenting options, and recommending heating and cooling solutions that align with customer priorities.

High performers regularly achieve six-figure incomes, with typical on-target earnings ranging from $150,000 to $300,000 based on results.
