Reynolds Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Air seeks a Comfort Advisor to guide homeowners through HVAC and home comfort options during in-home consultations in Eugene, OR. You’ll assess needs, explain equipment choices, and present financing options while managing the full sales process from initial contact to close.

This consultative role rewards relationship-building, trustworthy communication, and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in-home or HVAC sales experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Self-motivated with strong accountability.
• Experience with CRM systems such as ServiceTitan or Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home HVAC and home comfort consultations.
• Build trust and educate homeowners on options.

This is a consultative, in-home role where you will meet with customers, understand their needs, and guide them through solutions that fit their home, comfort, and budget. No two days are the same, and success comes from building trust, communicating clearly, and helping customers feel confident in their decisions.

We are looking for experienced, self-motivated individuals who take pride in their professionalism, communication skills, and ability to build strong customer relationships.

What We're Looking For

• Experience with CRM systems (ServiceTitan, Salesforce, or similar)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
