How will you do it

We are looking for skilled HVAC Technicians with experience in Residential and/or ducted products, air-cooled and water-cooled chillers, AHUs, or Roof Top units. We offer factory certification through our Service Technical Academy (STA), with recognition, monetary rewards, and career advancement. We provide tools, uniforms, and a company vehicle to support your work and customer service.

Your responsibilities include providing top-tier service to resolve facility inefficiencies, acting as a trusted advisor during commissioning and aftermarket service, and offering solutions and recommendations to optimize facility performance, including upselling opportunities. You will also prepare quotes supporting your recommendations.

What we look for

Required

• Be committed to the Milwaukee branch team, eager to learn, and responsible for startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, and aftermarket services in this growing business.
• Must be a member or willing to join the local Union.
• Minimum of three (3) years of practical experience with Residential and/or ducted products, chillers, AHUs, or Roof Top units, with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to repair centrifugal compressors, steam turbines, screw chiller components.
• Willing to travel 10% to 20% for startup, commissioning, and service support.
• Must pass a knowledge exam to demonstrate proficiency.

• Strong interpersonal, digital, and written communication skills, including providing clear problem descriptions and solutions to customers.
