Qualifications

• HVAC Certification required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair apartment units and common areas.
• Schedule and complete repairs and turns; assist maintenance staff.
• Process work orders via PO system with 24 hours turnaround.
• Perform inspections and ensure curb appeal and site security.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy; repaint where needed.
• Work weekends and participate in rotating on-call schedule.
