Job summary

Sentinel Real Estate is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for a prestigious apartment community in Phoenix, AZ. Under supervision, you will perform repairs and preventive maintenance, handling work orders promptly while maintaining a clean shop and orderly storage areas.

Requirements include HVAC certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months), 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and availability for 24-hour on-call service.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification preferred or willing to obtain within 6 months.
• Minimum 2 years of multifamily maintenance or construction experience.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to work 24 hour on-call as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance at the property as assigned.
• Complete work orders efficiently and courteously.
• Inspect buildings, including roofs and common areas regularly.
• Ensure job assignments and work orders are carried out promptly and according to procedures.
• Maintain the shop and storage areas in a clean, safe, and orderly fashion.
