You will lead the maintenance team, perform repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry, and ready homes for new residents under the TQMR program.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in multifamily property maintenance or facilities management.
• HVAC certification is required; CPO certification is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle resident work orders promptly with quality service.
• Perform maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, appliances, and exterior structures.
• Lead maintenance team and oversee vendor work.
• Prepare vacant apartments per the Total Quality Make Ready (TQMR) program.
• Provide on-call maintenance support and ensure resident satisfaction.
