Job summary

Venterra Realty seeks a Maintenance Manager to oversee multifamily property maintenance, lead a maintenance team, and ensure safety and quality standards. You will troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems and mentor staff while coordinating with property leadership on operations and resident experience.

Responsibilities include overseeing service tickets, inspections, preventative maintenance, and on-call coverage, with an emphasis on OSHA/EPA/Fair Housing compliance and budget

Qualifications

• HVAC certification required; CPO certification preferred.
• Experience in multifamily maintenance or related field.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols.
• Leadership experience and ability to train staff and mentor teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property maintenance including service tickets, inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
• Lead maintenance team recruitment, mentoring, and performance reviews.
• Foster a high-performance culture with clear expectations and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, ADA, Fair Housing and safety regulations.
