Fogelman is hiring a Maintenance Technician for Lullwater at Jennings Mill in Athens, GA. This role focuses on performing maintenance requests and repairs to keep the community safe and comfortable for residents.

Qualifications

• Three years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC certification (Type 1 & 2 or Universal) required or preferred.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred.
• Proficient in plumbing, HVAC, electrical and appliance repair.
• Proficient in use of computers and online applications.
• Working knowledge of Yardi, Entrata, and HappyCo preferred.
• Depending on the property, a valid driver's license and automobile insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests as assigned.
• Complete make-ready units.
• Care for supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or management company.
• Provide all personal tools.
• Maintain clean work area, tools and equipment.
• Assist in preventive maintenance projects.
• Escalate unresolved service issues to the Service Director.
• Participate in on call rotation and respond to emergency calls as needed.
• Communicate positively with residents, vendors, and co-workers.
• Adhere to safety policies and Fair Housing.
