Job summary

Yesway is seeking a Maintenance Technician III (HVAC Certified) to perform preventive maintenance and repairs at Yesway and Allsup’s locations in the region. You will handle HVAC equipment, light electrical and plumbing tasks, and use CMMS to manage work orders.

Candidate should have 3–5 years of maintenance experience, EPA 608 certification, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. The role requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of maintenance experience.
• HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, or foodservice/beverage repair experience.
• EPA 608 Type I & II or Universal HVAC certification preferred or willing to obtain.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facilities and equipment.
• Inspect work by 3rd party vendors.
• Ensure safe, clean work environment and comply with regulations.
• Maintain inventory and tools on company vehicle.
• Utilize CMMS to manage work orders and asset records.
• Participate in ongoing training and team projects.
• Contribute to timely, cost-effective service with strong customer focus.
