Job summary

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years in maintenance related field.
• HVAC certification is required; may require coursework for certification.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of vehicle insurance.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry and drywall.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident maintenance requests on a timely basis (24 hour turn around).
• Maintain property exterior and common areas, including janitorial and grounds.
• Replace smoke alarms and locks; perform electrical repairs and appliance service.
• Carpentry repairs including window replacement, drywall and minor roofing work.
• Perform preventive maintenance and follow safety guidelines; participate in on-call coverage.
