Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Proof of vehicle insurance.
• Minimum of two years in maintenance-related field.
• Knowledge of appliance repair, electrical work, plumbing, carpentry and drywall.
• HVAC repair and maintenance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident maintenance requests within 24 hours.
• Complete maintenance work on vacant apartments within the standard three day turnaround.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and applicable health, safety, and environment laws.
• Assist in maintaining the overall condition of the property including janitorial and grounds.
• Turn in all completed service tickets and paperwork by day’s end.
• Perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks as required.
