Qualifications
- HVAC certification and experience in maintenance tasks.
- Proficient in plumbing, electrical and appliance repair.
- Strong customer service mindset and teamwork.
- Valid driver's license may be required depending on property.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance requests and repairs to buildings and grounds.
- Complete make-ready units and ensure property readiness.
- Manage tools, supplies, and inventory for the property.
- Provide positive communications with residents, vendors, and staff.
- Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergencies as needed.
- Adhere to safety policies and Fair Housing guidelines.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the Maintenance Supervisor.
